RED DOOR SPEAKER SERIES TACKLES MEASURING THE NEW DIGITAL MEDIA MIX
On February 16 Red Door Interactive (RDI) held another in their Speaker Series at the Ritz Carlton downtown.
A panel discussed “Mastering the New Digital Media Mix” and what is necessary to convince management the value and return on ROI for the social media efforts.
Mikael Greenlief, RDI Online Media Planner, moderated the panel. Panel members included Jeff Sauro, Principal, Measuring Usability; Bree Thomas, Director of Digital and Experiential Marketing at Qdoba; and Matt Anthony, Senior Director, CRM Analytics, Mediaplex. The primary message was to set specific goals. To get started invest in good data collection and appropriate analytics. Above all, don’t be afraid to ask for help.
